Summary for Donations: Help Protect Generational Wealth from Injustice

My Family and I Own 58.84 acres in Red Oak, TX—a booming Dallas-Fort Worth area—only to face relentless racial harassment, legal exploitation, and systemic bias.

The Crisis

  • Racial Targeting: A dead cow was dumped on my property days after purchase. Neighbors made bigoted remarks like, “We don’t want anyone from South Dallas here,” and weaponized false county violations and lawsuits to drain my resources.

  • Legal Sabotage: A manipulated court judgment blocked access to my own land, despite my deed’s clear rights. A clerical error delayed my agricultural tax exemption, triggering a predatory tax Enforcement.

  • Predatory Foreclosure: A Catholic priest/lienholder (Paul Weinberger) refused to communicate, ignored proof of payments, and pushed foreclosure (Lender sent a 5 Day Notice to Cure Debt Texas Law States it Must Be a 20 Day Notice All Payments were current at time of Notice )—forcing us into Chapter 13 bankruptcy to stop the auction. Now, I face a $10,200/month bankruptcy payment (double my mortgage) and a court system siding with creditors.

The Urgent Need

To save my family’s Farm We have to pay off a $417K Vendors Lein , Lendor Provided 3 diffrent Payoffs one for 395k 5-28-25 (342k on 7-25-25 ) ( 417k on 7-28-25) Lender is clearly playing games , and he have told me prior to false forclosure that he was going to take the proptery back

With $60K already spent on attorneys, I’m fighting:

  • Racial discrimination in property rights

  • Predatory lending and bad-faith litigation

  • Generational wealth theft in a high-growth area (near Google’s data center & luxury developments).

How You Can Help

Donations will fund:
✔ Legal fees to overturn fraudulent judgments
✔ Debt validation to halt wrongful foreclosure
✔ Advocacy to expose systemic injustice

This isn’t just about land—it’s about fighting a system rigged against Black landowners. Every dollar helps reclaim what’s rightfully ours.
